DLM acted as Construction Manager for this project, overseeing all aspects of the job from Schematic Design to managing Subcontractors on the site to Closeout and Final Billings.

The $520,000 facillity was completed within schedule and physical constraints due to the site's location wtih respect to adjacent structures.
