WALGREENS COMPANY DISTRIBUTION CENTERS

DLM provided Architectural/Engineering and Construction Management services on the design and construction of distribution centers in Flagstaff, Arizona, Orlando, Florida and Windsor, Wisconsin.

Beginning with the design of a prototypical regional distribution center, the layout was utilized in the construction of three similar distribution centers located throughout the country.

Each center includes an extensive material handling and order picking system. Planning and engineering services for this project also required innovative solutions to complex security and environmental problems. The centers provide 30 shipping/receiving docks in addition to all necessary support facilities.
