PROJECT SCOPE: To develop a new Flavors and Fragrances facility on the existing Sky Harbor Airport development. The original 42,000 sq. ft. single story building housed corporate offices, research and development, manufacturing, and warehousing for a multi-national company. DLM provided design services to add 30,000 sq. ft of manufacturing and warehousing. The project also converted 8,700 sq. ft. of manufacturing to administrative offices. |
