DLM Architects, Ltd. is an Architectural Design firm ready to assist in all aspects of your project from Site Selection through Construction Administration and Closeout.

DLM is licensed to work in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin.

DLM is also a participant in the City of Chicago Self-Certification Program. Self-Certification allows Architectural firms the opportunity to obtain building permits in a short time frame.

TEAM

Our Project Team Members come from strong educational backgrounds and bring their years of experience to each project. They are responsible for Architectural Design and/or Project Managment for a broad range of projects ranging from small interior renovations to large manufacturing plants. Working for both provate and pubilc sector clients gives DLM Architects an understanding of the specifc flow of each sector.

COMMUNICATION

Clear communication between all parties prevents most problems on a project and minimizes the effects of those that do arise. DLM maintains close comunications between all componenets of the Project Team and keeps things moving smoothly at all times.
